What does my membership cover?
Your membership covers unlimited appointments, extended hour access to your provider via phone or phone app, discounts on services offered in house like lab work.

Do I have to pay co-pays?
NO! The Direct Primary Care model operates on a flat rate monthly fee that covers your care with no surprise co-pays or other bills.

Do you accept insurance?
The Direct Primary Care Model eliminates the middleman (insurance companies). We are able to keep our costs lower and your care personalized because we do not accept any insurance.

Can I choose my provider?
Sure! If you prefer one provider over the other just let us know. Otherwise, we will assign you based on who is next in line to receive a member. Vacations or time off may require you to see a specific provider temporarily.

Do I have to become a member?
No, but we recommend it! We offer urgent care hours for non-members for acute illness. Non-members may not receive the perks of membership like same day and next day appointments. Members will receive priority treatment.

Do you offer plans for businesses?
